As part of our Sugar King Beyond Baking University Tour, we held an exclusive baking demonstration session at John B.Lacson Foundation Maritime University-Molo, Inc., on April 8, 2026, led by Chef Clyden San Pedro.

Chef Clyden demonstrated how to make Carrot Cake and Ube Crinkles with Coconut Kataifi Crunch, and how to decorate cake using fondant.
