The Sugar King Beyond Baking University Tour made its way to John B. Lacson Foundation Maritime University–Molo, Inc. in Iloilo City, where students and faculty from the Culinary and Hospitality programs participated in an exclusive baking demonstration led by Chef Clyden San Pedro.
 

During the session, Chef Clyden shared professional baking techniques, practical industry insights, and valuable tips to help students strengthen their skills and deepen their understanding of the baking industry. The demonstration provided participants with an opportunity to learn from an experienced professional while gaining exposure to quality baking ingredients and industry practices.
