
UNIVERSITY TOUR - SAINT LOUIS UNIVERSITY
The Sugar King Beyond Baking University Tour made a sweet stop last May 9, 2025, at Saint Louis University Maryheights Campus, where Chef Christene San Pedro and Chef Madelane Lopez Maddagan led an interactive baking demo session on crafting Strawberry Hokkaido Cheesecake and Rainbow Cake, and Cake Decorating and Sugar Figure Modeling.
In collaboration with the Saint Louis University Department of Hospitality and Tourism Management, this session is all about skill-building, creativity, and bringing Sugar King excellence to future industry professionals.
