UNIVERSITY TOUR - SAINT LOUIS UNIVERSITY

The Sugar King Beyond Baking University Tour made a successful stop at Saint Louis University – Maryheights Campus on May 9, 2025, in partnership with the Saint Louis University Department of Hospitality and Tourism Management.

The interactive learning session featured Chef Christene San Pedro, who demonstrated the preparation of Strawberry Hokkaido Cheesecake and Rainbow Cake, sharing professional baking techniques and practical industry insights. Participants also learned creative cake decorating and Sugar Figure Modeling from Chef Madelane Lopez Maddagan, who showcased essential skills in sugar artistry and cake decoration.

The university tour provided students with valuable hands-on learning opportunities, allowing them to enhance their technical skills, explore industry-standard baking practices, and experience the quality and versatility of Sugar King baking ingredients and products.
