Chef Clyden San Pedro
Chef Clyden is the Head Chef of Cake Draft Café and the owner of Dessert Draft Baking School, as well as Clyde and Tin’s Bakeshop. He opened his first restaurant, commissary, and baking school in Manila, quickly earning recognition as the youngest and most accomplished pastry chef in the country. A prolific author, he has written three baking books and gained international acclaim, winning a Gold Medal in Plated Desserts at HOFEX 2011 and a Silver Medal at FHA Singapore.

Chef Jackie Florendo
Chef Jackie is the owner of Bespoke by Jackie Florendo and an accomplished international cake artist, widely recognized for her expertise in sugar flowers, cake painting, and edible sculpting. With a Fine Arts background from the University of the Philippines and a deep-rooted family legacy in the cake industry, she proudly continues her grandmother’s tradition as a third-generation cake artist. Chef Jackie has conducted workshops across the Philippines and internationally, in countries such as Thailand, Dubai, Singapore, Macau, and Malaysia, sharing her artistry and passion for cake design around the world.

Chef Joan Estabillo
The owner of Captain’s Chef Sugar Arts, Chef Joan Estabillo has over six years of experience specializing in sugar arts, with a focus on 3D human figures. Renowned for creating high-definition cartoon character masterpieces, he has become a sought-after instructor, conducting extensive local and international masterclasses on 3D human model figures, particularly animated versions. A founding admin of the popular Facebook group Hulmang Pinoy: Cake Topper PH, he is deeply involved in the local cake artistry community. His talent has been recognized on the global stage, winning the Sculpted Figure Category Champion title at the 2022 International Cake Artist Competition (2nd Edition), as well as the Cake Star Gold Award 2022 – Sculpted Figure Category under the International Cake Artist Master recognition.

Chef Madel Maddagan
Chef Madel is the founder and owner of Ellis Cakes, a cake studio renowned for its customized and artistic cake creations. She is celebrated for her intricate and detailed cake sculptures that seamlessly blend creativity with expert craftsmanship. In recognition of her outstanding contributions to the cake decorating industry, she was named Cake Artist of the Year 2022. Her talent was further showcased when she won the Sculpted Figure Category at Cake Star 2021 with her Encantadia-themed cake, inspired by the beloved Philippine fantasy series. She was also honored by GMA Network for promoting Filipino culture through her cake artistry and received the 2022 Best Category Award in the Sugar Figure/Model Category.

Chef Joy Valentin
Chef Joy is the owner of Enjoyie Breads and Pastry in Malolos, Bulacan, and is best known for her signature Creamy Caramel Cakes. A well-respected figure in the baking profession, she is deeply committed to sharing her knowledge and passion by teaching and mentoring fellow bakers, helping to uplift and inspire the local baking community.

Chef Ludy Tala
Chef Ludy is the owner of Ludy Tala Cakes (formerly Starr Bakeshop in Cebu), with a new branch set to open soon in Davao. She is well-known for her grand wedding cakes, which range from clean, elegant designs to highly intricate and detailed creations. As a passionate cake artist and co-founder of the Baking Society in the Visayas, she continues to make a significant impact on the regional baking community through both her artistry and leadership.

Chef Marie Mae Tacugue
Chef Marie is the owner of Cupcake Couture in Davao and a multi-awarded cake artist, best known for her excellence in sugar cookie decorating. She won First Place in Sugar Cookie Decorating during the inaugural Cake Fiesta Manila, and has consistently earned top honors in subsequent competitions, including Gold Awards and Best in Category for the Sugar Cookie Category at Cake Fiesta Manila 2019 and 2022. She also received a Gold Award in the Water Paper Flower Category during the Cake Fiesta Manila Virtual 2020, along with a Silver Award in the Sugar Flower Category and a Bronze Award in the Cupcake Category at the 2019 edition. Her talents extend to wedding cakes as well, having secured 3rd Place in both the Bakery World Cebu 2018 and the Davao Culinary Cup 2016 in the Wedding Cake Category. In addition to her competition success, she actively shares her knowledge by teaching classes in basic baking, fondant decorating, sugar cookies, chocolate desserts, and sugar flowers.

Chef Mich Uapal
Chef Mich is the Vice President and Resident Chef of Sweet House Pastry School Inc. in Cagayan de Oro City. She is also a successful entrepreneur, owning several businesses including Sweet House Baking Store and General Merchandise, Andreya: a Modern Karinderya, and AANYA Yoga Wellness Studio in CDO. Before entering the culinary world, she worked as an OR Nurse at the Northern Mindanao Medical Center. Now a dedicated traveling chef, she shares her culinary expertise by teaching classes at Caro and Marie in various locations such as Cebu, Davao, Bacolod, Iloilo, Palawan, and Quezon.

Chef Ave Bayle
Chef Ave is a seasoned pastry chef and baking and cake decorating instructor with over a decade of experience in the industry. She holds the distinction of being the only Filipino licensed by the International Korean Association of Flower Cake Designers, showcasing her exceptional skill in floral cake artistry. In addition to her teaching and creative work, she also serves as a brand endorser and ambassador, further solidifying her influence and presence in the baking and cake decorating community.
